The Town of Blacksburg owns the deed to the St. Luke, Odd Fellows, and Household of Ruth Hall on Gilbert Street. Currently, the Blacksburg Museum & Cultural Foundation holds a lease on the property until 2037. These public documents are shared here to clarify the responsibilities of each entity.
